By accessing and using Solavote ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Solavote for personal and commercial voting purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Voting Rules and Conduct

When using Solavote to cast votes, you agree to:

• Cast votes in accordance with the rules and guidelines provided for each voting event
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering to vote
• Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the voting process
• Not create multiple accounts to cast multiple votes in violation of voting rules
• Respect the integrity of the voting process and other users

4. Payment Terms

Some voting events may require payment to participate. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your vote as displayed at the time of purchase
• Understand that payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solavote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Solavote, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solavote and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
